Supported by major venture capital investors, the company is working toward a global platform that helps dental teams operate more efficiently and deliver better outcomes for their patients.
About the Role
Dandy is hiring Business Development Representatives for its Canada team to help build pipeline and generate top-of-funnel leads as the company develops its go-to-market engine. This role is part of a fast-growing sales organization and is designed for someone who wants to contribute directly to revenue growth in a high-speed environment.
The team follows a hybrid schedule: in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
What You Will Do
- Be the first contact for a broad group of dental practice prospects.
- Use email, phone, and other outbound approaches to connect with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce and related tools.
- Handle objections, present the Dandy value proposition, and advance prospects through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to support KPI and revenue goals.
- Work with Account Executives to ensure smooth client handoffs.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional sales experience in a high-growth setting.
- Prior cold-calling experience; experience targeting SMBs is considered an advantage.
- A strong commitment to learning, self-improvement, and sales training.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and the ability to get up to speed quickly.
- Familiarity with standard sales tools and openness to adopting new tools that improve the process.
- A solid history of success in both academic and professional settings.
- Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Bonus Qualifications
- Strong professional references available upon request.
- Experience working with marketplace-based business models.
- Enthusiasm for rapid-growth environments.
- A consistently positive mindset, a good sense of humor, and the ability to bring energy to the workplace.
