Position Summary
This role is responsible for accelerating growth across Qatar by bringing in new parking sites, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The position centers on expanding the managed site portfolio, protecting existing accounts, improving retention, and driving revenue from current clients.
The selected professional will identify and win business opportunities, manage important customer relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to make sure projects are delivered smoothly and accounts continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Site Acquisition
- Source, pursue, and close new parking locations throughout Qatar.
- Create and implement a growth plan to increase market share and the number of managed parking sites.
- Build a strong pipeline across commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, mixed-use, and government segments.
- Research the market to uncover business prospects and shifting industry patterns.
- Develop connections with property owners, developers, facility management firms, asset managers, consultants, and government stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients.
- Lead commercial discussions and secure agreements aligned with company goals.
- Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.
- Keep pipeline and forecasting data updated accurately in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Client Retention
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
- Maintain strong, productive relationships with current clients and stakeholders.
- Hold regular client meetings and business reviews to evaluate performance and identify expansion opportunities.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
- Work with Operations, Projects, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure service delivery runs smoothly.
- Spot opportunities for renewals, extensions, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
- Track account performance and confirm contractual commitments are met by all parties.
- Handle client concerns and escalate matters internally when needed.
- Support collections and coordinate with Finance to help ensure invoices are paid on time.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contract milestones, and account results.
- Build relationships at executive level to strengthen partnerships and increase account value.
- Create growth plans for priority clients.
Commercial Management
- Prepare financial models, commercial assessments, and pricing proposals.
- Assess feasibility and revenue potential for new projects and opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions.
- Partner with Legal and Finance during contract review and finalization.
- Ensure commercial agreements support profitability and wider business strategy.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with Operations and Project teams for successful launch of newly won sites.
- Assist with site surveys, feasibility checks, and implementation planning.
- Support a smooth transition of signed projects to operational teams.
- Work alongside marketing and product teams to support growth initiatives.
- Share market feedback and customer insights to support ongoing improvement.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market movements.
- Identify new opportunities in smart mobility and parking.
- Provide management with regular reports and recommendations on market trends and strategic options.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of Qatar’s real estate, parking, mobility, and infrastructure sectors.
Authority
- Represent the company in commercial discussions and client meetings.
- Negotiate terms within approved company guidelines.
- Prepare and present proposals and business cases to prospects.
- Manage assigned accounts and coordinate internal support resources.
- Recommend partnerships, pricing approaches, and growth initiatives to management.
Success Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly driven commercial professional who can grow the company’s footprint across Qatar while preserving strong client relationships. Performance in this role will be judged by new site wins, recurring revenue growth, strategic account retention, and contribution to the company’s position as a leading smart parking operator in Qatar.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, or a similar field is required. A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience is needed in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Real Estate, Parking, Mobility, Facility Management, or a related industry.
A proven record of securing commercial contracts and meeting growth goals is expected. Experience handling key client accounts and building long-term business relationships is also necessary.
Knowledge of the Qatar market is important, and an established network in Qatar’s real estate, property management, hospitality, retail, or infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred. Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems is also required.

Additional Information
This position is based in Doha, Qatar and reports to the Country Manager / General Manager – Qatar. The role sits within the Business Development department.
Key performance areas include the number of parking sites acquired, parking bays secured, total contract value signed, revenue from new business, pipeline value, conversion rate, average sales cycle length, and achievement of quarterly and annual targets. Account measures include retention, renewals, revenue growth from existing accounts, upsell and cross-sell revenue, client satisfaction, strategic review completion, payment compliance, and issue resolution speed.
