Key responsibilities
You will work alongside the Store Manager to oversee store operations. This includes supporting recruitment, guiding and supervising team members, completing paperwork, handling bank deposits, and ensuring merchandise is presented properly. You will also help maintain high service standards and ensure customers receive prompt, friendly support.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate brings strong customer service ability, good planning and organizing skills, and clear communication when sharing ideas and plans. Experience with cash handling and bookkeeping, solid problem-solving ability, a caring and customer-focused approach, and attention to safety and security are important. A valid driver’s licence is also required.
Nice to have
Retail background, prior management experience, and strong customer service skills are all beneficial. A desire to grow, learn, and enjoy the work environment is also valued.
