Role Overview
This position focuses on offer desk execution and support within HR operations. The role is based in Noida/Gurgaon, and the incumbent will be responsible for handling offer processing, coordinating with internal teams, reviewing MIS outputs, and helping improve process quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing and timely release of offer requests through Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate joining process.
- Review and interpret MIS reports to support operational decisions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards as per business and level-wise requirements.
- Identify process challenges, suggest corrective actions, and contribute ideas to improve overall workflow.
- Maintain a zero-error standard in offers issued to candidates.
- Ensure accuracy in all MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
- Collect recruiter feedback and implement improvements in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
The role calls for someone who can work efficiently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, manage large volumes of work, and adapt quickly to process changes. Strong ownership, good communication, and the ability to operate independently are important.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or postgraduate from a reputed institute, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong executive presence and effective communication abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and handling demanding workloads.
- Self-driven, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
