About the company
Soar is a fintech startup with a global outlook, focused on financing and investment. Headquartered in Saudi Arabia, the company is expanding across the region with a mission to help people reach their financial goals through practical financial and property investment products, supported by a simple, easy-to-use platform.
Role overview
This position is suited to engineers who work at a higher level of abstraction. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving AI agents that can produce code, workflows, and business logic. The key objective is to make sure the outputs are accurate, scalable, and aligned with the company’s goals.
In this role, you are expected to help shorten development cycles with AI, raise the quality of output through review and iteration, and keep improving how the agents perform over time.
Core responsibilities
- Create and oversee development workflows built around AI agents.
- Review AI-generated code by validating, testing, refining, and preparing it for production use.
- Develop systems that measure the quality and dependability of agent output.
- Improve results by tuning prompts, tools, and supporting pipelines.
- Embed AI agents into the software development lifecycle.
- Convert business challenges, especially in mortgage and real estate workflows, into AI-driven solutions.
- Set standards for collaboration and orchestration across multiple agents.
- Track system performance, cost, and accuracy.
- Partner with product and business teams to uncover opportunities for automation.
Requirements
- Practical experience using LLM-based tools and workflows, such as Anthropic Claude or similar platforms.
- Background in building or overseeing AI-assisted or agent-based systems.
- Solid understanding of modern software delivery processes accelerated by AI.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform or comparable cloud environments.
- Ability to assess and verify generated code across several programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, evaluation loops, and model tuning.
- Strong systems mindset with the ability to design end-to-end workflows rather than only isolated functions.
Preferred experience
- Exposure to multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with real estate or mortgage operations is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, or knowledge systems.
- Exposure to emerging AI workflow tools similar to “antigravity”-style platforms.
What success looks like
- Development timelines become significantly shorter through effective use of AI.
- Agents consistently produce high-quality output with little rework.
- Clear structures are in place for validating and monitoring agent behavior.
- Engineers spend more time solving problems and innovating, and less time on manual coding.
Benefits
- Opportunity to help build an AI-first company from the ground up.
- Chance to work on meaningful, real-world challenges in real estate and mortgage.
- A fast-moving environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.
- The ability to influence how engineering is practiced, not only what is delivered.
