Role Overview
Stanbridge University is seeking a motivated Admissions Representative to support its mission of preparing future healthcare professionals. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for prospective students, helping them move from first inquiry to enrollment in a service-focused, performance-based environment.
This role is measured by clear KPIs tied to outreach, engagement, and enrollment outcomes. It is well suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving setting, takes ownership of results, and is committed to providing an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete prospect journey from initial contact through enrollment.
- Answer inquiries by phone, web, and in person promptly and professionally.
- Establish trust with prospective students and learn about their academic and career goals.
- Set up and lead admissions interviews while explaining programs and admissions requirements clearly and accurately.
- Support applicants as they move through the decision and enrollment stages.
- Share details about program structure, duration, academic expectations, and career pathways in line with university guidelines.
- Assess applicants' education and goals to determine program suitability.
- Share admissions assessment results and coordinate retakes when necessary.
- Follow institutional, accrediting, state, and federal compliance requirements in all admissions work.
- Provide approved outcome and institutional information to prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for leads, calls, appointments, interviews, and enrollments.
- Work with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic teams to support admissions and onboarding.
- Use databases, phone tools, and internal systems effectively.
- Report trends, issues, and improvement ideas to the Director of Admissions.
- Participate in department meetings, graduation ceremonies, and university events as needed.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and student-centered approach at all times.
- Meet performance expectations related to activity, follow-up, conversion, and enrollment goals.
- Keep documentation timely, complete, and compliant.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 2 years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a customer-facing position.
- Prior exposure to a goal-oriented or performance-based environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of higher education rules and compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a culturally diverse setting.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and standard office technology.
Performance Expectations
- Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs related to outreach, interviews, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Manage a structured pipeline of prospects from first contact to enrollment.
- Keep admissions documentation accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Deliver a high-quality, student-focused admissions experience.
- Take accountability for personal performance and contribution to team and campus enrollment targets.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is an on-site office-based position. Work may take place in a standard office, classroom, lab, or clinical setting. The job is typically performed at a desk or computer workstation and may involve frequent interruptions, noise, and fast deadlines.

Compensation
