Role summary
This full-time, on-site position is based in Banjul, The Gambia. The Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for keeping day-to-day office activity running smoothly, coordinating administrative processes, and making sure internal workflows remain efficient and well organized. Qualifications and work expectations
- Strong written and spoken communication, with the ability to work well with different stakeholders.
- Good analytical ability to interpret information, spot patterns, and support operational and service decisions.
- Capability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks, calendars, and administrative processes against deadlines.
- Customer support experience, including handling questions, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Basic to intermediate budgeting knowledge for tracking costs and supporting resource planning.
- Prior experience supervising or coordinating administrative personnel in an office or service-based setting.
- Comfort using digital tools and common office software such as email, spreadsheets, word processors, and online platforms.
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Banjul with reliability, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
