Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine accounting tasks such as data input, bank reconciliations, and management of payables and receivables.
• Help prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs.
• Accurately process supplier invoices, customer payments, and receipt transactions within required timelines.
• Keep financial records complete, organised, and properly supported with documentation.
• Provide assistance with finance administration and other ad hoc tasks or projects as needed.
• Work with colleagues across departments and external suppliers when required.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in an accounts or finance administration position would be an advantage.
• You should have excellent attention to detail and solid organisational ability.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems are important.
