About the Internship
This is a full-time, work-from-office internship based in Noida, Sector 3. The role is intended for candidates who can work on-site for 6 days a week, with freshers and early-career candidates welcome. The internship runs for 3 months and begins immediately.
Role Overview
You will assist the sales team by qualifying leads, engaging potential customers, and supporting presales activities. The role also involves understanding customer pain points, helping with product demonstrations, and contributing to the company’s business growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective customers over calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build engagement.
- Review and qualify inbound and outbound leads for the sales team.
- Stay in touch with prospects throughout the sales journey and manage follow-ups.
- Keep lead and customer information updated accurately in CRM systems.
- Learn customer needs and business challenges to support effective solutioning.
- Help plan and coordinate product demos and presentation schedules.
- Support the team in delivering product walkthroughs and answering customer questions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve outcomes.
- Carry out market research, competitor tracking, and collection of customer insights.
- Prepare presales reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Monitor key presales metrics and maintain detailed activity records.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales and presales processes.
Requirements
- A graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Freshers may apply, and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
- Interest in SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales will be considered an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in presentations.
- A learning mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Comfort using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

The stipend includes a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month and an additional incentive component of ₹1 per month.
