Role Overview

AI is a major strategic focus at Seven Senders, and the company has set up a dedicated AI Taskforce to spot, design, and roll out use cases that make everyday work quicker and easier. In this working student role, you will be closely involved in that mission. You will work directly with business teams across the organization, join workshops to uncover operational pain points, translate those insights into actionable requirements, and build practical solutions yourself. The role combines technical execution, structured thinking, and strong communication with colleagues who may not have a technical background.

What You Will Do

• Work with teams across departments to convert AI opportunities with clear business value into functioning solutions, from initial scope through to production.
• Gather process knowledge from operational colleagues and reshape it into precise, implementable requirements.
• Create automations directly using LLMs, no-code or low-code tools such as Claude and Make.com, as well as scripts and APIs.
• Track the impact of the solutions you deliver by measuring time savings, error reduction, and volume processed.
• Keep detailed documentation for every project so solutions can be maintained, understood, and improved independently.

What You Need

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or another closely related technical field.
• You are motivated to learn and apply agentic AI, LLMs, and automation tools such as Make.com, and you stay up to date with developments in the field.
• You are comfortable working with APIs and scripting, for example in Python or a similar language, and understand how systems exchange data.
• You can explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical teammates.
• You are organized, self-driven, proactive, and confident working independently.
• You communicate fluently in English; German would be an advantage.

Additional Information

The office is based in Berlin, but this position can be performed from anywhere in Germany. If you want, you may also work from almost anywhere for up to two months per year.
