Your Role – Your Passion

As a flexible support team member, you will travel to various roadsurfer stations across Germany to provide assistance where needed. During your assignments, you'll have the opportunity to experience the van life firsthand by living in one of our campervans. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the interior and exterior cleanliness of our campervans, creating memorable experiences for customers during pick-ups and returns, and supporting the station team with daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also actively contribute to shaping your work environment, participate in new projects, and share your innovative ideas.

What You Should Bring to Surf with Us

We are looking for individuals who are flexible and eager to travel. You should be a reliable problem-solver who embraces new challenges and is open to meeting diverse roadsurfer teams. A hands-on attitude and a willingness to pitch in are essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage. A valid Class B driver's license and a valid passport are also necessary.

Salary Information

The salary band for this position ranges from EUR 30,500 to EUR 33,000 gross annually. We are implementing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure fair treatment for all employees. Your specific salary within this range will be determined during the application process based on your skills and experience. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year during an annual feedback discussion.
