WMS Implementation & Integration Specialist

About the role

DSV is seeking a proactive and highly organized professional for a WMS Implementation & Integration Specialist position based in Singapore. The role focuses on moving existing warehouse management system accounts from legacy platforms to DSV’s global strategic WMS, as well as setting up new customer accounts on the system.

What you will do

• Transfer existing customer accounts from older WMS environments to DSV’s global or strategic WMS platform.
• Set up new customer accounts on the warehouse management system.
• Act as a coordinator between customer IT teams and internal DSV stakeholders.
• Work together with MIS/IT teams to complete the required developments.
• Assess system requirements and evaluate business needs.
• Prepare application design documentation.
• Handle WMS configuration and factory testing activities.
• Prepare requirement analysis and functional specifications for EDI integrations.
• Take part in system integration testing during implementation or migration projects.
• Ensure application and integration work is delivered on schedule and within the approved budget.
• Build knowledge of multiple warehouse management systems and broader IT concepts.
• Develop a stronger understanding of logistics operations and the business side of the function.
• Strengthen project management capabilities through hands-on project work.
