Role overview
This position is for a Wintel L2 Engineer responsible for maintaining and supporting Windows server environments and related infrastructure in Gurugram, India.
Core responsibilities
- Provide administration and operational support for Windows Server systems.
- Handle server operating system migrations, patching, and security hardening activities.
- Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Work on Windows failover clustering to support availability and resilience.
- Monitor server performance and investigate/troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Administer Hyper-V virtualisation environments.
- Troubleshoot IIS-related problems and support web server operations.
