Welfare Security Personnel

Role Overview

This role is focused on safeguarding student wellbeing in an Abu Dhabi campus environment. The person hired will act as a welfare-first security presence, helping maintain a respectful and safe atmosphere while responding appropriately to student support situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support when student welfare concerns arise and offer initial assistance as needed.
• Observe student behavior and help encourage a courteous, respectful campus culture.
• Calm tense situations by using clear communication and de-escalation techniques.
• Handle non-criminal incidents with a focus on wellbeing and support.
• Assist with medical or safety emergencies and work with the relevant teams for follow-up action.
• Record incidents accurately and keep all sensitive information confidential.
• Partner with Student Affairs, Counseling Services, and other internal stakeholders to strengthen student safety and wellbeing.

Compensation

The salary offered is AED 5,000 to AED 12,000 per month, depending on experience.

Language Requirement

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
