About the Role

As a Welcomer / Front Office Agent at Pullman within the Accor network, you will represent the brand through a service style built on commitment, flexibility, and creativity. This position is focused on creating a warm, polished, and memorable experience for guests while supporting the hotel’s front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver welcoming, efficient, and professional front office support, including guest arrivals and departures.
  • Stay alert to guest expectations, process cash transactions, and uphold Pullman service standards.
  • Track room availability, address guest concerns, and work to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keep guest information accurate and up to date, including handling VIP procedures correctly.
  • Follow local regulatory requirements and Pullman rules related to guest handling and front office processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • You should enjoy working in a busy, fast-moving environment and take pride in shaping memorable guest experiences.
  • Prior exposure to hospitality work is beneficial.
  • Comfort using Opera or comparable hotel systems is important.
  • A friendly, guest-focused, and approachable attitude is essential.
  • Strong English communication skills are required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • A sales-oriented approach is valued in this role.
