GiB – Gesundheit in Bewegung GmbH specializes in creating digital and hybrid prevention solutions tailored for companies and health insurance providers. Their offerings range from bespoke landing pages to long-term digital prevention projects. Design plays a crucial role, serving as an essential element of functional products rather than just an aesthetic add-on.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clickable prototypes and design clear user flows.
- Design and enhance digital prevention products.
- Develop and maintain consistent interface and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs effectively.
- Design presentations, PDFs, handouts, and other internal documents.
- Visually support workshops, seminars, and long-term digital projects.

- Contribute to the creation of social media content.
- Perform basic tasks related to video and motion graphics.
Required Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Strong skills with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with XD and Premiere Pro is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of UI design, user navigation, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to independently make and justify design decisions.
- Good technical knowledge and enthusiasm for collaborating with developers.
- Organized and self-driven working style.
- A compelling portfolio showing your design capabilities, valued over formal degrees, titles, or years of experience.
This role is not suited for traineeships or entry-level positions. We seek professionals who view design as a responsibility and aim to actively shape digital products.
What We Offer
- Meaningful design work with a true product focus.
- Creative freedom paired with rapid decision-making processes.
- Engagement in forward-thinking, digital prevention projects.
- At least 30 hours of work per week.
- Two fixed days of remote work each week.
- Flexible working hours.
- Complimentary drinks.
- A small, professional team environment free from corporate structures.
If you are eager to not just execute design tasks but also participate in conceptualizing and owning them, we welcome your resume, portfolio, and earliest available start date.
