Overview
Abbotsford Hyundai, part of Trotman Auto Group in Abbotsford, British Columbia, is hiring an organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator. This role supports the Service Department by making sure warranty claims are prepared and submitted correctly, efficiently, and in keeping with manufacturer requirements. What You’ll Do
- Prepare, process, and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer rules and guidelines.
- Keep up to date with warranty policies, procedures, recall campaigns, and technical bulletins.
- Track open repair orders and make sure claims are sent in on time.
- Follow up on outstanding claims to help ensure payment is received promptly and differences are resolved.
- Review rejected claims, correct them, and resubmit when needed, or secure required approvals.
- Maintain accurate warranty files and carry out regular account reconciliations.
- Assist service team members with warranty-related questions and compliance matters.
- Enter and manage data carefully while protecting confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Trade certification is an advantage, though related hands-on experience may also be considered.
- Strong accuracy and a careful approach to detail.
- Solid customer service skills and a professional, people-focused manner.
- Ability to work well with others and build effective working relationships.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Valid BC Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Schedule and Pay
This is a full-time onsite role. Compensation is listed at $3,500 to $4,000 per month.
