About the role
JABEEN is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage day-to-day warehouse activities in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on accurate receiving, storage, issuing, inventory tracking, and reporting, while ensuring warehouse operations follow approved procedures and safety standards.
Operational duties
- Oversee the receipt of materials and goods, and verify that they match purchase orders and approved specifications.
- Supervise warehouse organization in line with best practices and safety requirements.
- Handle material issuance to departments based on approved request forms.
- Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests when inventory needs to be restored.
- Carry out periodic and annual stock counts and reconcile the results with system records.
- Coordinate all stock movements through the approved ERP system.
- Prepare regular inventory and materials-movement reports.
- Track slow-moving and damaged items and provide recommendations accordingly.
- Work with all departments to ensure smooth receiving and issuing of materials.
- Maintain accurate records, coding, and classification of items.
- Receive returned materials from departments or projects, and confirm their condition, quantities, and compliance with approved documents.
Education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in warehouse operations.
- Practical knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of purchasing workflows and materials receiving procedures.
- Ability to produce and follow up on periodic reports.
- Working knowledge of Oracle systems.
- Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or related software tools.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to keep inventory data accurate and operations running efficiently.
