Warehouse Operative (Days) - Naas

Role overview

This position sits at the heart of Aldi’s day-to-day warehouse activity in Naas. As a Warehouse Operative, you will help keep stock moving smoothly by following headset instructions, selecting items accurately, checking documents carefully, and working safely in a busy, high-output environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick goods accurately and at speed to help the team meet order targets.
• Listen to instructions via headset and carry them out precisely.
• Review paperwork carefully and verify that details are correct.
• Use Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) in a safe and effective manner; full training will be provided.
• Work across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer areas as required.

Skills and experience

• Comfortable with physically demanding, fast-moving work.
• A dependable, adaptable approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Good concentration and a strong eye for detail, particularly when selecting stock.
