Job description
About mITblick
mITblick is an early specialist in agile transformation, agile requirements engineering, and Scrum. The company shares this expertise through training, consulting assignments, and demanding projects, helping clients improve traditional project and requirements management with targeted use of agile methods. Its approach is practical and grounded rather than full of empty consulting phrases, with a focus on authenticity, integrity, and solution-oriented work.
Your role
This position is not a standard assistant role. The team is looking for someone who enjoys being involved in many areas, keeping things organized, and bringing structure to varied topics with ease. The right person will be empathetic, energetic, and a dependable partner who can turn unconventional ideas into action and help move projects forward. Confidence with software and a calm approach under pressure are key to driving day-to-day success.
Key responsibilities
- Bring structure to daily operations by organizing meetings, tracking deadlines, and helping the team stay on top of priorities.
- Support the board and management team by acting as a trusted right hand, coordinating appointments and maintaining communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to new topics and contribute flexibly across different areas.
- Assist with HR and recruiting tasks, including applicant management and personnel-related processes, while also contributing ideas to improve workflows.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, such as office management or industrial clerical training, or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience in a commercial, accounting, administrative, or project-support role.
- Strong command of MS Excel and a high level of comfort with IT tools, including cloud-based solutions and office software.
- A practical, solution-focused mindset, initiative, and the confidence to take responsibility.
- A structured, fast, and resilient way of working.
- Enjoyment of routine tasks as well as working with people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs and situations.
Benefits
- Room to shape the role and contribute ideas that help influence the company’s direction.
- Visible impact, with work that is recognized and directly contributes to business success.
- A varied day-to-day workload spanning organization, finance, HR, and marketing.
- A close-knit, collegial environment with a strong emphasis on personal collaboration.
- Opportunities to grow into broader responsibilities and own your own areas of work.
- Direct collaboration with leadership and the chance to help shape key decisions.
- Short commutes and an office-based setup for those who prefer working on site.
Additional information
The company is looking for someone who is excited by a creative, unconventional working style and would like to be part of a team that values fresh thinking and active contribution.
