Voice Process Executive - Inbound

Role Overview

We are hiring customer-oriented professionals for an inbound voice support role serving a major utility client. The position involves handling customer interactions over the phone and ensuring each issue is resolved efficiently and professionally.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will manage inbound customer calls, address complaints and service requests, and provide accurate, timely support. The role also requires updating customer interactions in CRM systems and keeping call records and reports well maintained.

Required Profile

Applicants should have strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. The role suits candidates who can stay calm under pressure, handle customer concerns effectively, and work in a 24x7 rotational shift setup. Female candidates will follow a pure day-shift schedule.

Eligibility

Graduates with freshers status or HSC candidates with prior experience may apply. Graduation is not mandatory.

Language Requirements

English, Hindi, and Marathi are required for the role.

Work Location

The position is based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Interview Details

Walk-in face-to-face interviews will be held at 3i-Infotech Ltd, Tower No. 5, 4th Floor, International Infotech Park, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400 703. Interviews are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered package is 2.60 LPA, equivalent to an annual salary in the range of INR 2,50,000 to INR 2,75,000. The company provides PF and ESIC benefits. Salary is paid on the 1st of every month.
