Role Overview
We are looking for a Virtual Office Manager to help keep the day-to-day flow of a telehealth practice running smoothly. This position blends administrative support, light reporting, people operations, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding with the Clinical Operations Manager, including tasks such as issuing laptops and setting up system access.
- Support employee needs related to payroll, access to internal tools, and similar administrative requests.
- Assist with business and clinical reporting, along with occasional light analysis.
- Work with the Clinical Operations Manager to create and maintain an internal knowledge base for team resources.
- Handle routine client and technical questions, escalating more complex issues when needed.
- Support basic troubleshooting tasks, such as password resets or adding new user accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Well-organized, attentive to detail, and able to take initiative.
- Comfortable picking up new systems and workflows quickly.
- Strong at solving problems and staying effective in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiar with common workplace tools such as Google Workspace and Slack, with the ability to learn additional platforms.
- Able to juggle several priorities and deadlines at once.
Working Hours and Compensation
This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week, with hours expected to vary. There is also potential for the role to grow and possibly transition to a contract-to-hire arrangement depending on performance and business needs. Pay is $20 per hour.
