Role overview

O'Donnell Moonshine is looking for a creative video professional to join its marketing team in Berlin right away. The role focuses on producing engaging content that strengthens the brand, supports new campaigns, and helps reach a wider audience of spirit enthusiasts.

What you will do

• Create video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the company website.
• Handle editing work, color correction/grading, and the addition of text and graphic elements.
• Develop fresh and engaging content concepts and formats.
• Adapt formats and produce cut-down versions tailored to different platforms.
• Plan and run content shoots both in the studio and on location.
• Contribute proactively to the growth and improvement of the in-house studio.
• Refine workflows and ensure deliverables are prepared and handed over efficiently.

What the company is looking for

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification through an alternative educational path is preferred.
• At least 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally in comparable companies, agencies, or film production environments.
• A varied portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong professional experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Confident as a video specialist, with openness to taking photos when needed.
• A proactive, self-directed approach to project ownership and organization.
• Dependable working style and strong communication habits.
• Interest in ongoing development and awareness of the bigger picture.
• Genuine interest in the bar and spirits industry.
• Valid driving licence category B.
• Native-level German and strong business-level English.
