Role Overview
TubeScience is seeking a video editor and motion graphics designer to create high-impact short-form video content that captures attention quickly and supports performance goals. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in APAC time zones. Team collaboration is expected during 3 PM–12 AM PST.

What the Role Involves
This is a fast-moving creative role for someone who understands social-first editing and can translate ideas into videos that drive engagement and conversion. The work is highly iterative, guided by live performance feedback, and requires close coordination with U.S.-based pod teams in a high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut and refine short-form advertising videos for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts with a focus on performance.
- Develop compelling opening hooks, smooth narrative flow, and clear calls to action.
- Work closely with strategists and creative leads to test ideas and make quick improvements.
- Handle edits independently from start to finish while remaining receptive to feedback.
- Manage several rapid-turnaround projects at once without compromising quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience editing social video content; experience with ads is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, including pacing, structure, sound, and storytelling.
- Intermediate or better skills in Adobe After Effects, especially for motion graphics and kinetic typography.
- Personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
- Good understanding of what works on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
- Comfortable communicating in English and collaborating asynchronously with global teams.
Bonus Experience
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, or Firefly.
- Background in performance marketing or agency environments.
- Experience using data to guide creative improvements and optimization.
