Role overview
Relentless Brands is looking for a Brand Content Creator to help shape the voice and visual identity of its lifestyle brands, especially ISI® Elite Training, Plunge House®, and HUMAN Nutrition®. This position sits at the center of the company’s storytelling efforts, covering in-person brand experiences, national marketing initiatives, franchise development narratives, team culture, and social-first content that supports engagement and sales.
What you’ll do
- Create photo and video assets for national campaigns, brand storytelling, podcast clips, and YouTube series.
- Edit and prepare visual content for Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments such as franchise partner visits, HQ trainings, new-opening coverage, member storytelling, VIP ownership experiences, and team culture moments, including occasional travel.
- Write short-form copy such as captions, overlays, and taglines that fit the brand voice and perform well on social.
- Publish content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, while coordinating day-to-day social posting with marketing associates.
- Track engagement, follower growth, and performance insights to help support channel growth.
- Contribute to the content calendar and social media strategy with the marketing team.
- Monitor trends and cultural moments to guide creative direction and tone.
- Organize and maintain the digital content library so assets can be reused and repurposed efficiently.
- Work closely with Operations, Creative, Franchise Development, Marketing, and the Co-Founders to keep brand storytelling aligned across touchpoints.
Required experience and abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with digital photography, videography, video animation, and graphic creation.
- Ability to tell compelling stories through visual content.
- Comfort working to deadlines in a fast-moving environment while managing several projects at once.
- Genuine interest in fitness, health, and nutrition.
- Strong people skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Experience in video, animation, and motion graphics is considered an advantage.
- A good eye for composition, lighting, and content that performs well.
- Confidence shooting with natural light using a phone or DSLR and moving quickly through edits.
- Attention to detail in how content looks, sounds, and feels.
- Familiarity with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools is a plus.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
Benefits include 96 hours of paid time off annually, accrued and prorated, along with company-observed holidays.
Employees also receive a complimentary ISI® Employee Unlimited Membership valued at $2,200 and a complimentary Plunge House® Facility Unlimited Membership valued at $3,000.
Optional health coverage is available, including medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee and eligible dependents.
PTO may be used after the first 30 days, unless approval is granted before the start date.
