Role Overview

This is a full-time, in-person Vicidial Administrator position based in Kanpur. The selected professional will be responsible for managing the complete setup, upkeep, and smooth operation of the Vicidial dialer environment. The role involves handling configuration tasks, fixing technical problems, monitoring network performance, and working closely with technical teams to keep call center operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee the administration and maintenance of the Vicidial platform, ensure the dialer remains functional, and respond quickly to system or connectivity issues. You will also support technical coordination, monitor infrastructure health, and help maintain an optimized calling environment for the business.

Required Qualifications

The role calls for hands-on knowledge of system administration, dialer configuration, and technical troubleshooting. A working understanding of network administration, IT infrastructure, and VoIP tools is important. The employer prefers candidates with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience in contact center operations will be considered an advantage, along with the ability to solve problems effectively and stay composed under pressure.
