- Introduce systems that strengthen profitability and scalability.
- Lead ongoing process improvement efforts.
- Partner with Medical Directors and clinical leaders on operations.
- Support service delivery across functional medicine, longevity programs, IV therapy, recovery services, regenerative medicine/stem cell, diagnostics, hormone optimization, performance health, and aesthetics.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and industry requirements.
- Help launch and operationalize new clinical service lines.
- Hire, develop, and lead clinic management teams.
- Build regional operational leadership structures.
- Create accountability frameworks and review processes.
- Promote a culture centered on excellence, hospitality, innovation, and patient-first care.

- Own clinic-level P&L outcomes.
- Prepare budgets and forecasting models.
- Improve EBITDA and operating margins.
- Track labor, inventory, and service-level profitability.
- Support capital planning and expansion budgeting.
- Design premium patient and member journeys.
- Increase retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Build operational systems that consistently deliver luxury-level experiences.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all locations.
- Implement the clinic technology stack built by Wellgineering.
- Oversee EMR, CRM, scheduling, patient engagement, and reporting tools.
- Build data-led decision-making practices.
- Support AI-enabled operational improvements and patient experiences.
