Role Overview

The Vice President of Operations will be accountable for the daily functioning of Nooriabad Real Estate’s property development and services operations. This is a full-time remote position centered on improving workflows, maintaining service excellence, and aligning operational execution with strategic and financial priorities. The role involves guiding operations teams, overseeing budget use and resource deployment, enhancing client service delivery, and increasing efficiency across property management, maintenance, and support functions. The position will work closely with senior leadership on strategy, monitor project delivery and KPI progress, enforce internal policies and applicable regulations, and lead ongoing operational improvements to support growth across residential and commercial business lines.

Responsibilities

• Direct everyday operational activity across the company’s real estate development and service portfolio.
• Lead operations teams and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and allocation of resources to support financial goals.
• Improve service standards in customer-facing and client-support functions.
• Oversee property management, maintenance, and related support processes for better efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic plans.
• Track project progress, operational performance, and KPI outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
• Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements and best practices.
• Support scalable expansion across both residential and commercial segments.

Requirements

• Strong background in operations management and project management for handling daily workflows and property-related initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and efficiency improvement.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to sustain high satisfaction for clients and investors.
• Solid strategic planning capability with experience turning long-term objectives into measurable operational actions.
• Senior-level experience in real estate, property development, or a similar sector, preferably in an operations leadership role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills suited to a remote working environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using data and performance indicators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Real Estate, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams and using digital collaboration and project management tools.
• Leadership style grounded in integrity, adaptability, inclusion, and team development.
