Role Summary

The Vice President of Operations is a full-time remote leadership position responsible for strengthening daily operational performance and building the systems needed for scale. The role focuses on creating and refining core processes, putting operational structures in place, and making sure strategy, product, client service, and compliance stay aligned.

This leader will head cross-functional initiatives, oversee operational metrics, and promote ongoing improvements in execution quality and risk management. The position also involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic and financial planning, supporting P&L ownership, and helping establish the infrastructure required for durable growth in global digital asset markets.

In addition, the role includes guiding operations teams, coordinating important projects and launches, and maintaining a reliable, high-quality experience for clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in operations management, with hands-on exposure to process design, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Strong experience handling P&L responsibilities and financial oversight to help drive efficient, sustainable growth.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and converting business objectives into practical operational plans.
  • Well-developed project management capability, including cross-functional coordination, timeline control, and on-time delivery.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing operations, with a focus on high service standards and dependable client satisfaction.
  • Background in financial services, fintech, or digital assets, along with familiarity with risk management and regulatory factors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including team development and stakeholder coordination across functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certification is an added advantage.
  • Comfort working in a remote, global, fast-moving environment, with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
