Role Summary

The Vice President of Operations will be a key leader in a fast-growing organization, responsible for elevating operational performance across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions. This role is central to supporting rapid scale, improving consistency, and helping shape the future of plant-based food production.

What You Will Do

• Create and strengthen operating systems and processes so execution remains reliable as the business expands.
• Partner with company leadership to grow manufacturing capacity, including plans to increase output by more than 5x in 2026 and accelerate further in 2027 with a potential second production site.
• Build and use meaningful metrics and KPIs to guide decisions, uncover bottlenecks, and improve performance through analysis.
• Lead ongoing improvement efforts focused on efficiency, cost savings, process optimization, and adoption of better technologies.
• Recruit, guide, and develop a strong operations team that can perform effectively at scale and contribute to a positive culture.

What You Bring

• Substantial leadership experience with direct, practical exposure to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Background in a high-growth setting where operations were successfully scaled, preferably in food, biotech, or another complex environment.
• A highly analytical mindset and a consistent habit of using data to drive decisions.
• Comfort working hands-on in the details while also contributing strategically.
• Understanding of how to design a manufacturing operation that can grow without losing resilience or quality.
• Experience leading teams and inspiring high performance through trust and motivation.
• Willingness to challenge conventional approaches and thrive in a dynamic environment.
