Role Summary

The Vice President Operations is a full-time remote leadership position responsible for running and improving the company’s day-to-day operations. The role focuses on building scalable operating models, strengthening process discipline, and making sure internal systems and cross-functional workflows support growth, regulatory awareness, and excellent client service. This leader will work closely with senior leadership, research, strategy, client service, and technology teams to shape operational structures, performance tracking, and risk controls. The position also includes oversight of operational projects, coordination of P&L and resource allocation considerations, enhancement of service delivery and support processes, and establishment of strong governance and documentation practices. In addition, the role involves coaching operations team members, supporting new product or market launches, and contributing to strategic decisions that improve efficiency and organizational resilience.

Core Qualifications

  • Deep experience leading operations, including the creation, rollout, and continuous improvement of scalable processes and workflows.
  • Solid P&L management capability, with the ability to connect operational choices to financial performance and budget objectives.
  • Background in client operations and service delivery, especially in serving institutional and high-net-worth customers with a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills for handling complex initiatives and cross-functional programs.
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or digital assets, along with an understanding of risk controls, regulatory factors, and institutional client expectations.
  • Comfort working in a remote, distributed setting with strong communication, collaboration, and documentation habits.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build a culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and ongoing improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is considered an advantage.
