The Vice President of Operations is a senior, full-time remote leadership position focused on keeping daily business functions running effectively while also advancing long-term organizational goals. What you will do
- Oversee everyday operations and coordinate work across multiple functions.
- Track key operational measures and use them to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Strong strategic planning ability, including setting priorities and turning business goals into execution plans.
- Advanced project management experience leading cross-functional efforts and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and judgment backed by data and KPI review.
- Inclusive leadership approach, with experience guiding remote or distributed teams and developing talent.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills for working with executives and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in a senior operations position in a growth-focused or multi-site environment is strongly preferred.
