Role Summary
The Vice President of Information Technology is a full-time remote leadership position accountable for defining and executing the IT vision, strategy, and operating model in support of organizational objectives. The role owns the planning, deployment, and day-to-day operation of enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, and internal tools that support blockchain-related products and services. It requires close partnership with executive leadership, product, engineering, security, and compliance teams to enable growth, manage regulatory obligations, and reduce operational risk.
Key Focus Areas
- Guide IT teams and provide leadership across enterprise technology functions.
- Set priorities for technology programs, budgets, and external vendors.
- Ensure that systems and platforms remain reliable, scalable, and secure.

Qualifications

- Exposure to blockchain, distributed systems, or other emerging technologies is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and decision-making skills suited to a fully remote setting.
- Experience building secure, compliant environments, including familiarity with privacy and regulatory requirements, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced education or certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud credentials are beneficial.
