Role Summary
This remote, full-time position focuses on building strong vendor partnerships and keeping daily operations running smoothly between print vendors and clients. The associate will support vendor onboarding and growth, maintain productive relationships, and help ensure that service delivery meets expectations. The role also involves reviewing vendor performance, responding to issues, and handling discussions around pricing, terms, and agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing relationships with local print vendors.
- Support the acquisition and onboarding of new vendors.
- Coordinate effectively between vendors and clients to keep orders and communication on track.
- Investigate and resolve vendor-related concerns or service issues.
- Review vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide responsive, professional customer service in day-to-day interactions.
- Discuss and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract details with vendors.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical ability with a good grasp of finance-related considerations.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the printing industry is an added advantage.
