Job description
Role Overview
You will be responsible for keeping utility systems running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The role focuses on dependable system uptime, accurate data transfer, and effective communication between on-site devices and central technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep an eye on system health and make sure operations continue without interruption.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to connectivity, data transmission, and system functionality.
- Work closely with IT, engineering, and field personnel to support operations.
- Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and other operational records.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in systems operations or a comparable environment.
- Strong capability in analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
