Role overview
This position focuses on understanding user behavior, market needs, and product insights across the Middle East and Africa. The goal is to turn research findings into clear direction for product planning, strategy, and user-centered decision-making.
Key responsibilities
The role involves building user insight systems and supporting research work for the Middle East and Africa region. You will study how users behave, identify what they need, and uncover the practical expectations of local customers. You will also plan and carry out research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests, then consolidate the findings into user profiles and insight reports that guide product strategy and improve fit between customer demand and product planning. In addition, you will help the team understand pain points more clearly and support decisions that place the user at the center.
Candidate profile
To be a strong match, you should hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Finance, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in user research, product definition, or user insight work across overseas markets, including automotive, consumer electronics, home appliances, or similar sectors. You should be genuinely interested in user research, communicate clearly, and think logically. Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods is important, along with the ability to manage research projects end to end, from framing the question to planning and delivery. Strong learning ability, teamwork, and comfort in a fast-moving work environment are also needed. English must be fluent for work; Arabic is preferred.
