The role begins in the Stafford, UK office, with the business preparing to open an Austin office in 2027. What you will do
You will manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering roles across the East Coast of the United States, while building and nurturing a strong network of candidates and clients. The position involves a mix of recruitment delivery, business development, and relationship management in a busy, target-driven setting.
- Create compelling job advertisements and publish them across relevant channels.
- Find talent proactively through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Assess and shortlist candidates by reviewing experience, capability, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and support offer discussions and negotiations.
- Develop new client relationships and identify fresh hiring opportunities.
- Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with existing clients.
- Work toward performance goals, KPIs, and revenue expectations.
Working pattern
Because the role supports the American market, working hours will fall outside standard office times. The company offers a flexible approach to working arrangements.
