SGS Technologies is a Jacksonville, Florida-based organization with more than 23 years in business. The team is hiring for a recruiter focused on non-IT roles, specifically within banking and financial services.
Role Overview
This position is for a non-IT recruiter who can independently manage hiring for banking and financial services positions. The role is remote and aligned to EST working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT openings in the banking and financial services space.
- Identify and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking channels.
- Review profiles, conduct screening conversations, and evaluate fit against client needs.
- Arrange interviews and drive the hiring process through to final closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment efforts on track and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on background in hiring for banking and financial services roles.
- Strong capability in sourcing, screening, and managing stakeholders.
- Ability to independently close positions without close supervision.
Preference
- Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period will be preferred.
Important Notes
- The company is looking for candidates with purely non-IT recruitment experience.
- Applicants with a mixed background in IT and non-IT hiring will not be considered.
