US IT Recruiter

Role Overview

World Wide Technology is hiring a US IT Recruiter for its India operations. The position is based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and is suited to professionals with 7 to 10 years of experience in technical recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the organization’s hiring efforts across on-site recruitment, online sourcing, staffing agencies, and employee referral channels.
• Partner with resource managers to understand hiring demand and support workforce fulfillment.
• Publish openings, review and organize applications, and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Join regular cadence meetings to help keep candidates progressing through the recruitment pipeline.
• Arrange and conduct pre-screening and technical interview discussions together with resource managers.
• Research fresh sourcing approaches and develop more effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships with both active and passive talent for immediate and future roles.
• Deliver on leadership and management goals assigned throughout the year.

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least 7 years of practical experience in US IT or technical recruitment. Hands-on expertise with Bullhorn, Beline, and LinkedIn Recruiter is required and considered non-negotiable. The role also calls for a track record of hiring for complex US technical positions across areas such as networking, infrastructure, cloud, and AI-related domains.

Candidates must be comfortable working in VMS/MSP-based recruitment setups and should be familiar with AI-supported hiring methods that improve sourcing, candidate outreach, market insight, and recruiter efficiency. Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
