About the role

BON Health is building its first creator group after recently closing a funding round. The brand focuses on health, performance, recovery, peptides, supplements, sleep, longevity, and overall optimization. This opportunity is for people who genuinely live and breathe that lifestyle and can create authentic short-form content from their own perspective.

• Those who regularly use TikTok and Instagram and understand what strong short-form content looks like
• Self-motivated individuals who can post consistently without needing close supervision
• Students and side-hustlers who want to earn from their interests, even without prior experience

Compensation and creator advantage

Founding creators receive an early advantage in BON Health’s creator program. The current offer includes $25 for each video plus 12.5% commission on every sale generated through a creator’s code, beginning on day one. When monthly retainers launch later this summer, founding creators keep that 12.5% commission rate. Newer creators who join later start at the standard 10% commission rate.

At the current stage, creators are expected to produce about 15 videos each month. Strong performers over the next 8 weeks may be moved to a monthly retainer of $1,000 to $2,000 per month, plus 12.5% commission, with an increased output target of around 30 videos per month.

• Dedicated Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages created and managed for BON content
• Paid promotion support, with the brand running top-performing content as ads
• A live creator dashboard to monitor clicks, conversions, and commission earnings
• Support with cross-posting if posting consistently becomes difficult

What you will do

• Create videos based on the scripts provided and bring your own personality and experience into them
• Share 3 to 4 videos per week initially, then increase output as you move toward retainer status
• Submit content directly to the team, which will handle publishing across BON’s channels
• Keep a steady posting rhythm, since higher volume can increase commission potential

Payment details

Creators are paid a 12.5% commission on every sale attributed to their unique code or tracking link, using the founding creator rate. Any purchase tied to the code qualifies, including sales driven by organic content, paid ads, or referrals. Payments are sent every two weeks, and earnings are tracked in real time through the creator portal. There is no earnings cap.

Application notes

Applicants should submit a short video or a link to their social profiles so the team can review their energy and on-camera presence. The role starts on a rolling basis, multiple founding spots are available, and the application window closes once the core retainer group is filled.

This is a remote, flexible-hours opportunity in the United States. It is a part-time creator role with no prior experience required.
