Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work closely with colleges and educational institutions to deliver training programs effectively. They will manage trainer workloads, keep training operations organized, and make sure the right resources are available at the right time. The role also includes coordinating both in-house and freelance trainers, ensuring programs are completed on schedule, within scope, and within the assigned budget. Regular reporting, escalation of issues when necessary, maintaining detailed training documentation, and supporting hiring for full-time as well as freelance trainers are part of the job.
