Job description

About the Company

Lyra Health provides evidence-backed mental health support at scale, reaching over 20 million people worldwide through employer partnerships and more than 100 million through health plans and partner networks. The organization has delivered over 15 million therapy and mental health sessions and has published more than 35 peer-reviewed studies. Its care model has been shown to help people recover twice as quickly and to reduce total healthcare claims costs by 26% each year. Lyra is also expanding access through Lyra Empower, an integrated AI-powered platform that brings together care delivery and technology.

Role Overview

Lyra Health is hiring an Operations Associate II for its Provider Enablement team. The person in this role will support the growth and scaling of core therapy-program operations, with a strong focus on provider onboarding, training readiness, and process improvement. This position suits someone who enjoys partnering closely with therapists, improving the onboarding journey, managing projects across multiple workstreams, and building systems that can support scale. In this role, you will help ensure the provider network is technically prepared and operationally set up to deliver high-quality care as the company continues to grow.

Core Responsibilities

You will manage high-volume onboarding and help maintain training content and rollout processes for both 1099 and W2 provider groups. A key part of the job is spotting workflow gaps and bottlenecks early, then helping create practical, scalable solutions that improve enablement efficiency.

Training Delivery and Technical Support

  • Coordinate and facilitate live as well as self-paced training sessions, acting as the operational lead by organizing agendas, sending invitations, resolving technical issues in real time, and monitoring attendance.
  • Handle the full logistics cycle before and after trainings, making sure all prerequisites, required documents, and system access steps are completed correctly and on schedule.

Provider Support and Advocacy

  • Act as a main contact for providers and deliver a strong service experience while balancing the needs of a team built for scale.
  • Track recurring technical issues faced by providers and help shape fixes that improve training quality and support program performance metrics.

Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Work

  • Review existing training workflows for inefficiencies and contribute to scalable improvements that streamline operations and strengthen the provider experience.
  • Work closely with Clinical, HR, IT, and other technology teams to align training execution with business needs and keep enablement content accurate from both technical and clinical perspectives.
  • Support onboarding operations and the continued development of the Bend integration within the Lyra environment.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-changing setting, make practical decisions with limited information, and adjust priorities as business needs shift.
  • Maintain training-related materials and records in internal systems such as Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite so the information stays current and reliable as the source of truth.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of combined experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a similar enablement-focused role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and build productive working relationships. Fluency in Google Suite is required. Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp is strongly preferred. You should also be comfortable managing several initiatives at once, improving processes, and solving technical problems with a high degree of independence.

Mission Fit

This role is especially suited to someone motivated by helping clinicians learn and grow so they can deliver a high-quality experience at scale.

Equal Opportunity and Privacy

Lyra Health is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex including pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected category. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in line with Lyra Health’s workforce privacy notice. Compensation

This full-time role has an anticipated annual base salary range of $68,000 to $103,500. Placement within that range depends on job-related factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, and disability insurance
  • Lyra coaching and therapy support for employees
  • Equity participation through discretionary restricted stock units
  • Competitive paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k) with up to 3% company match
  • Monthly technology allowance
  • Additional well-being perks, celebrations, surprise swag, and community activities throughout the year
