Role Summary

Skybound Service Partners is expanding quickly and is investing in the systems and processes that will support the business over the long term. In this position, you will take ownership of training across the company’s technology stack, bridge knowledge gaps between field and office teams, strengthen internal capability for continuous improvement, and help establish the operational foundation for future scale.

Key Responsibilities

System Training and Adoption

  • Run training sessions for the rollout of Skybound’s technology stack across both field and office teams.
  • Support learning on additional platforms such as CenterPoint Connect, Sage Intacct, and other tools as they are introduced.
  • Create and maintain self-serve learning materials including SOPs, short how-to videos, and quick reference guides.
  • Offer individual coaching during rollout periods and after implementation.
  • Monitor adoption levels and identify knowledge gaps early so they do not turn into operational issues.

New Employee Technology Onboarding

  • Manage the technology portion of corporate onboarding for new hires.
  • Design an onboarding process that is repeatable, scalable, and effective at making employees productive quickly.

Continuous Improvement

  • Work with leadership and operations teams to uncover process inefficiencies across the organization.
  • Document workflows, standardize procedures, and lead continuous improvement efforts as the function develops.
  • Use structured improvement methods such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar approaches in a practical way suited to construction operations.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring experience in a construction environment, with commercial roofing knowledge considered a strong advantage. You should have a track record of training people on technology systems in field-based or operational settings.

Strong working knowledge of Procore is essential, including the ability to teach it clearly and confidently. The role also requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both field crews and office staff.

You should be comfortable creating digital learning resources and video-based SOP content, and willing to travel around one week per month, with heavier travel expected during the initial rollout phase.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Sage Intacct, CenterPoint Connect, Procore, or similar construction and finance platforms is preferred. A Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable process improvement certification is also an advantage. Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools or video SOP tools would be a plus.

Compensation

The final salary will depend on experience, skills, and location. The stated US pay range is $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
