Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior agents in scouting and recruiting promising football players through research and match attendance.
- Assist in preparing and negotiating player contracts, ensuring adherence to regulations and advocating for clients' best interests.
- Manage logistics related to player trials, meetings, and events, including travel planning and scheduling.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with players, clubs, and stakeholders to enhance communication and teamwork.
- Provide administrative assistance by maintaining comprehensive records of player profiles, contracts, and negotiations for accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
