Role Overview

This position is for an experienced automation professional with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and SAP testing. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and executing automation assets for SAP and other application types while working in Agile delivery environments.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in test automation is required.
• At least 3 years of practical, hands-on work with Tricentis Tosca is expected.
• Candidates should have direct experience automating and testing SAP applications with Tosca.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices is important.

Technical Skills

• Strong command over Tricentis Tosca, including module development, module upkeep, test case creation, execution lists, and reusable automation assets.
• Experience with SAP automation across SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, and browser-based SAP applications.
• Ability to handle SAP object recognition and scanning methods specific to Tosca.
• Good understanding of Tosca Commander, XScan, API Scan/REST, BI Testing, and Distributed Execution.
• Capability to test web, desktop, API, and SAP systems.
• Knowledge of modular test design and data-driven automation approaches.
• Experience working with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with Git and SQL for version control and backend data checks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tosca certifications such as Automation Specialist Level 1, Automation Specialist Level 2, and Test Design Specialist are highly preferred.
• Additional exposure to SAP automation frameworks and integrations using Tosca will be an advantage.
• Experience with API automation through Tosca API Scan is desirable.
• Exposure to performance testing tools or integrations with Tosca is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript will be helpful.
