Role Overview
This position is focused on keeping ticketing activities running smoothly, with an emphasis on system reliability, process discipline, and strong financial and operational control. The role contributes to a high standard of service across all ticketing interactions.
What You Will Do
- Oversee daily ticketing activity across point-of-sale, CRM, and booking platforms.
- Track system health and work with external vendors to fix technical problems and maintain continuity of operations.
- Help design, implement, and maintain clear ticketing procedures, workflows, and approval steps.
- Make sure ticketing work follows internal policies, governance requirements, and control standards.
- Support cash opening and closing activities each day in line with financial control procedures.
- Assist front-desk ticketing teams during busy periods so customer transactions are handled efficiently.
- Keep ticketing records accurate and consistent, including product and system data.
- Support daily reports, reconciliations, and data-checking tasks.
- Serve as the first contact for ticketing issues, provide basic troubleshooting, and escalate when needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide on-site support during museum operating hours, including rotational or shift-based coverage.
- Assist with ticketing needs during events, activations, and periods of high visitor traffic.
Profile Requirements
- Background in ticketing operations, POS environments, or customer service roles.
- Solid hands-on experience with cash handling and financial control processes.
- Practical knowledge of CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Careful, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts and performing well under pressure.
