Role Overview

The Third Key Holder serves as a knowledgeable retail leader who can adapt quickly to changing store needs. This person supports the team by observing performance, coaching associates, and helping deliver a strong customer experience. The role is centered on teamwork, store presentation, and meeting sales targets while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store team through coaching, guidance, and hands-on leadership.
  • Help create an outstanding in-store experience for customers and maintain service standards.
  • Adjust daily priorities based on business needs and sales objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a productive and upbeat store environment.
  • Contribute to building customer loyalty and supporting brand values.

Candidate Profile

  • Typically 1 to 2 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion retail.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Professional presence with a polished and sophisticated approach.
  • Leadership style that encourages, motivates, and supports team performance.
  • Ability to develop brand loyalty through customer-focused interactions.
  • Genuine interest in helping others grow and succeed.
  • Clear strength in written communication, verbal communication, and presentations.
  • Comfortable working with others while also being self-driven.
  • Open to learning, adapting, and responding to business changes.
  • Able to tailor approach based on store and business requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
