Responsibilities

• Observe team members attentively and provide coaching to enhance their performance.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of retail experience, preferentially in fashion retail.
• Dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience both internally and externally.
• Exhibit professionalism and sophistication in all aspects of the role.
• Adopt a team-oriented leadership style that encourages and motivates others.
• Capable of building and sustaining brand loyalty.
• Genuinely invested in supporting the success of others.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Adaptable to evolving business needs and capable of customizing approaches accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
