Territory Service Representative (TSR)

Role overview

This position focuses on serving customers through prompt pickup and delivery of shipments in the field, while also supporting route growth and business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable customer service by ensuring shipments are collected and delivered on time through field operations.
• Make sure all pickups from the assigned route are properly connected and processed.
• Build and expand the territory or route over time.
• Increase business from existing customers within the route.
• Identify and generate sales leads.
• Keep product and operational knowledge updated through self-learning and grooming.
• Share market and competitor information as needed.

Requirements
