About the Role

TOI TOI USA provides portable sanitation services to customers across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with its main office in Fort Myers, Florida. The company is hiring a results-oriented Territory Sales Representative who can build strong customer relationships, win new business, and grow an assigned territory through consistent field sales activity.

This is an outside sales position rather than a desk-based role. The successful candidate will spend most of the time in the field meeting customers, prospecting for new opportunities, visiting jobsites, and representing the company within the local market. The role includes remote flexibility, but it is territory-based and requires regular in-person customer interaction, so only local candidates will be considered.

Openings are available for candidates based in Fort Myers, FL; Columbia, SC; Florence, SC; and Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of sales activity in the assigned territory, with a focus on new customer acquisition, account expansion, and overall market growth.
  • Generate opportunities through prospecting, networking, customer visits, referrals, and other business development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, industrial accounts, municipalities, event planners, and similar customers.
  • Hold regular face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs, deepen partnerships, and provide responsive service.
  • Create and present customized proposals, pricing, and service recommendations that improve customer value and revenue potential.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and keep opportunity and customer records accurate in ZOHO CRM.
  • Work closely with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to support smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track market movements and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities and inform business development plans.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for sales, revenue, and account growth while representing TOI TOI USA professionally in the field and community.

Candidate Profile

The company is looking for a self-starting sales professional with a proven history of success in outside sales, territory management, or business development. Candidates should be persistent, organized, and comfortable working independently to build business and grow an assigned area.

Strong prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and closing abilities are important, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience selling to contractors, construction companies, industrial customers, municipalities, event organizers, or similar sectors is preferred. The ideal candidate should also be disciplined with CRM usage, possess solid business judgment, and be able to identify customer needs and provide practical solutions.

A valid driver’s license is required, along with regular travel within the territory. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are considered a plus.
